Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you agree to be bound by these conditions.

BOOKING TERMS

1. PRICING
Your wedding day proposal is valid for 14 days and will remain tentative until a booking deposit has been paid. To secure and confirm your wedding date, we do require a non-refundable deposit of $320 to be paid. Your booking may incur applicable fees such travel fee, parking fee, public holiday fee and early/late fee.

2. BRIDAL TRIALS
One hair trial appointment is included where we can fine tune any aspect of your desired bridal look. Where we can explore the best styles based on your hair thickness, porosity, health and length. Trials are 90minutes to 120mintues and one look per trial.

Any further Bridal Trials required are at an extra cost of $160.00 per trial.

All trials are held at Corkin & Friends Hair Salon in The Welder - 20-26 Welles St, Christchurch CBD. Trials are held on Tuesday & Thursday evenings between 5pm - 8pm. However if these days and times do not suit, Hannah is fully mobile and can come to your location in the Christchurch CBD so please organise with Hannah prior.

3. BOOKINGS
To secure your wedding date, a $320.00 booking fee is due at the time of signing these terms. Your booking fee will be deducted from the final balance.

All bookings fees are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable regardless of the reason given. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocating your booking. In the unlikely event that Create Hairdressing is unable to attend the clients booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, Create Hairdressing will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed. The client will receive a full refund of the money paid, less services provided.

4. BOOKING NUMBERS
Please consider and confirm your numbers carefully at the time of booking, as Create Hairdressing does not offer any reductions in our packages. This includes but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

5. TRAVEL
Travel is calculated from Spreydon, Christchurch CBD to your getting ready location. Travel between 0-30km will require a $50 Travel fee, Travel between 31-60km will require a $100 Travel Fee and lastly Travel between 61-120km with require a $150 travel fee. To calculated - type in Spreydon to your getting ready location in google maps to get km.

Travel outside of the above will require a minimum of one night accommodation the night before the wedding at the cost to the client. This will enable Hannah to arrive the night before and be ready to start in the morning. There may be some cases that two nights accommodation will be required if Hannah is required to stay after 6pm the day of the wedding, in which case both nights will be at the cost to the client. Travel by car will be calculated at $1.90 per km this is to cover mileage and time spent traveling. If flights and rental car are needed this is at the cost of the client.

6. EARLY/LATE CALL TIMES
If Create Hairdressing is required to start before 6am and required to stay after 6pm then a $50 per hour fee will be required. This will be rounded up to the nearest hour.

7. SATISFACTION
Services will be completed to each client’s satisfaction on the wedding day. Ample time is given for each style upon booking. Verbal agreement is thereby confirming the client is happy with the services performed. If the client is unhappy with the styling provided, they must raise their concern whilst Create Hairdressing is still on location and it will be rectified.

8. CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling or rescheduling of trials requires 4weeks notice. Cancelling of weddings requires 6months notice and will require 50% cancellation fee which will be invoiced to you. Failure to notify Create Hairdressing prior to 30 days of the wedding date, will result in payment being due in full. This includes, but not limited to, situations where the booking and/or wedding is amended due to personal relationship breakdowns, financial, family situations and unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: health pandemics, change to regulations, health warnings, weather events, travel limitations, venue closures.

Failure to pay the full balance due will result in a final letter of demand which will be emailed to the address supplied. If after seven days of the letter being sent, full payment has not been made, Create Hairdressing will pursue legal action to retrieve those funds. All legal fees will be at the expense of the client.

9. COVID-19
Enforced cancellations due to government regulations (lockdown) will result in the bride receiving a full refund minus the booking fee. The booking fee will be credited to a future date. If Create Hairdressing is unavailable for the new date, then the booking fee is forfeited as the booking fee is non-refundable.

10. RESCHEDULE/POSTPONEMENTS
If you choose to reschedule or postpone your wedding, you will be subject to new pricing and a new booking fee will be required to secure your new date.

11.SERVICE LOCATION & REQUIREMENTS
Getting ready location is at the discretion of the bride however, there are certain requirements the stylist needs to complete services. Working electrical outlets must be available for use by the stylist. A work area with table and chairs as well as ample lighting (natural or artificial) is also necessary for services to be performed properly.

12. LIABILITY
By signing this contract, the client removes Create Hairdressing from any personal responsibility if there should be any damages incurred to the client and/or bridesmaids or any other party member due to sensitivity or allergic reaction from products used during services.

13. PARKING FEES
Parking needs to be provided onsite at the getting ready location. All hotels will need to have a space available onsite for parking and the fee will be added to the client’s room bill.

14. PAYMENT
The final balance is due 14days before the event as one payment, no exceptions. The person responsible for the entire bill is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Payment can be paid via the invoice provided.

15. USE OF IMAGES
It is imperative that we continue to update our portfolio and demonstrate our work to future prospective brides. By signing this contract, you give confirmation for Create Hairdressing to contact the client's wedding photographer to access professional images and use them on social media/website for promotional purposes. Please let Create Hairdressing know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or not happy with Create Hairdressing sharing images for marketing purposes. Create Hairdressing is happy to be photographed on your wedding day however please ensure we are tagged @createhairdressing or credited for the work performed.
